By downloading or using Imerin (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Imerin is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
You are responsible for the information you create in the app. Because your data is stored on your device, keeping it backed up (for example, via your device backups) is your responsibility.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in any unlawful way.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
